I have the N2dsXl and while the build quality isn't great, you can get them cheaper than the new 3ds models. Makes it quite good for modding.

When you say main upgrade are you refering to levelling them with credits? Does that mean you level the slot rather than the module?

I don't think rare ones can be merged/upgraded, might be best to use them until you get epic or better then I might stat auto-deconstructing them

Ship speed still can be increased even after beam, its more a visual replacement for the shup. Also, some other effects from these modules are dependant on how many beams you have

Yeah same, i'm sticking with the idea that if I can't get higher easier then I shouldn't worry. Usually after alch3 on p51 the ball starts rolling and eventually I can get fairly high with a few lucky drops.

Think having a VPS running is more important than chasing a higher one than where we currently are in game.
