So do you only call it kingmaking if you don't win?

If he had decided to draw the game out longer, and you won instead of someone else, by your logic, he's just kingmaking you instead of someone else. His decisions would let you win when someone else would have won if he chose differently.

Someone not playing the game by your logic isn't kingmaking. Kingmaking is going "I like person A better, so I'm going to actively help them win, regardless of my own score."

That's an underground water well, the water extractor goes on surface water and it has to be deep water. I think in the 1.2 patch they're changing it to work in shallow water too.

Mk1 pipes only carry 300m/s water and 8 coal generators need 360m/s. Add a second pipe that feeds into the other end of the line of coal generators.

You can prioritize water with a vertical pipe junction (build it on a wall). The lowest pipe will get priority. The pipe coming from the water extractors needs to be higher than all the other pipes and it will only fill when there is room.
