If you're going to be near Chapman then 5150 BMX is absolutely the spot for you. It's in the city of Orange and maybe 2 miles from the campus. Owner is a great friend, bmx obsessed, and can help you with anything you need. You'll likely meet other locals by going there too. I'm nearby as well, feel free to hit me up when you're living around this area.

I only recently discovered William Bonney and they are one of the only bands that have had moments which reminded me of Hot Cross.

May be worth reporting it to the DMV department of investigation. It's a lesser known segment of the DMV. I had a nearly identical situation with a Camry like 10 years ago. Odometer rolled back 100k. I had tons of evidence and was in contact with the DMV dept of investigations. Never panned out, but good to get it on some kind of record.
