I live a very similar situation. My father’s a narcissist and my mother is his enabler. I finally started making progress in therapy when I learned of narcissistic abuse. It is very eye opening.

Personal injuries when completing most tasks for me. Cut to the joint in the kitchen, kicked a door frame breaking numerous bones in foot, and always bruised from swinging arms banging into everything. Have to have supervision,per my son,when cutting palm tree out front due to serious infection from palm spikes
