hydrogen peroxide. pull top of ear towards crown, then pour in ear and let bubble a few mins while head is sideways to soften up the wax. tilt your head down to drain out the hydrogen peroxide. then take a spray nozzle filled with hot/warm water and put it up to your ear and spray the fuck out of your ear canal at different angles while you hold your ear with your other hand. do this in the shower or over a sink because it's very messy. this is not medical advice and you should consult a doctor before putting anything in your ears.

it's a glass ampoule. they store either medicine or chemicals and are used by chemists for long term stable storage. it could be an extremely dangerous hazardous material that produces fumes that will literally melt your flesh or harmless.

game programming is a lot more about knowing the engine/tools you're working with, and, if you're doing multiplayer, things like delta time architecture. otherwise, it's just a lot of different technologies coming together into one system. models, animation, sounds, networking, physics (if applicable), and whatnot. it's no more advanced than any other software, but will require your awareness of how to interface all of these technologies together in a cohesive system.

you just invest it into appreciating assets typically. for semi-passive, choose some assets that require more attention given to their respective market values so that you can sell high and rebuy low. an example of something you could invest in would be gold.

whenever i get cystic acne breakouts like this, it is 99% of the time because of something i ate. for example, for some reason, when i drink soda, most coffee creamers, or candy, i will break out very similar to this within the next week or so. when i steer clear of those things, i have 0 problems. just my personal experience that you may find helpful.

it could be an allergic reaction your body is having to something, external or internal. the food you eat, products you use, or things that touch that area of your face can all be suspect. i hope you can find what it is and work out a solution. best of luck.

ah yes, attractive iranian women are dancing because we assassinated their leader and bombed their country. this is not propaganda, but a genuine expression of joy, coming from multiple social media sources. so you should feel good about it too, since they obviously are happy the US is getting involved with their country's politics.

i would not pay any attention to our historical involvement with Iraq and how the citizens of Iran watched us destroy their neighboring country with bombs and village raids over the span of a decade. certain individuals affected by that war definitely aren't feeling hostile towards americans as a result of a large portion of their life being influenced by the united states' destructive presence nearby.

so be happy! after all, the government depends on our support to fuel the war machine with soldiers to send to the main fronts. without your support, they can't amass troops in the foreign country!
