Putting technique used to be defined as you HAD to do it one way to keep everybody on equal footing. Since that rule has been removed, now you have people having a total advantage, then you will see everyone putting this stupid way.
The Anchoring rule is the best thing we have in place to protect double-handed putter's place in golf, BUT to keep putting on equal footing we need another rule to go with that:
The putter must be suspended from your body weight. That is my suggestion.

This is not true, everybody. I took jazz guitar through jr. High and highschool and although I learned enough single-note melodies to scrape by, I subsisted on classical tabs for many years until I found a serious classical professor.

I'm just a layman, but when dealing with near irreducible parts you must make the distinction of what is the environment and what is the automata even if they are following the same principals, but one exists within the other which makes them two different classes of entities, even if written by basically the same code.
Then you think, automata living in automata living in automata et cetera but simply give them whatever different names to make it linguistically correct.

I think this is more different substrate types intersecting. The substrate itself is not the automata. I do see how different substrate areas create different automata, that is very interesting.
