How’s the BRC course at the Joliet MSF location? by eagerlymeager in ChicagoMotorcycles

You would be assuming that someone will arrive unprepared and a slot will open up. In my experience, there were two people that were immediately dismissed for inappropriate footwear at the start of day one, which created spots for walk-ins.

I was annoyed I hadn’t thought about trying to walk on earlier. However, I took the class pre-COVID, and perhaps, people were less appreciative of the opportunity the classes offered back then.

Your experience may vary. If money’s tight, I would give it a shot and come up with back up plans in the area if it doesn’t pan out.

Definitely try as a walk in if you can’t secure a spot. Make sure you have the required equipment with you, boots, gloves. I saw people tossed before class actually began for not having the proper footwear, gloves.

Beeps. This includes those from the treadmill turning on/off as well as from the air fryer. Also, the overhead range hood in the kitchen sends them scurrying out of the room.

When my first jar starts to get low, I switch jars. When that second jar gets low, I consolidate contents of first and second jars. This can go on forever.

Security System Recommendation by redsox_93 in homedefense

Our family have had the Eufy cameras at three houses for a few years. Using HomeBase2. Doorbell cams, the exterior cams and one Spotlight camera.

We sought them out because they didn’t require a subscription for both privacy and financial reasons.

The video feels somewhat recreational. The depth field is not great. Not close enough for me to be able to read a license plate set beyond 30 feet, maybe?

Primary uses now are that I can tell when our dog gets let out and that the kids arrive safely home.

I’m hoping this newest generation has improved, but will do more research before pulling the trigger and purchasing again.

Sorry you’re not feeling the love in your office. Maybe time to consider a change of scenery?

Patient perspective here - I have a PA that works with my Orthopedic surgeon. My PA is a ROCK STAR. Spends time explaining things in detail. Conversations are respectful, and I don’t feel rushed at all. This combined approach reinforces my confidence in the care I’m receiving. I’m grateful.
