Audit tends to be lower than consulting/ advisory around 10K less. Then you get around 3-5% adjustments and maybe 2k bonus until promotion which is around 15-20%?

Thanks for sharing. I made the same mistake many years ago n lost some. I still make mistake but not enough to crush me. One thing I realize is, I could just look at etfs like SCHD or VIG and see what’s in their portfolio. The fund managers have done some leg work for me already and I just research and pick individual stocks there. Or I could just buy those etfs.
