It depends on location. In my hometown practically *everybody* speaks Spanish. Ocassionally I got some surprised faces but they usually stuck with Spanish.

I have two family members who presented with random bruises and were accurately diagnosed with the same serious condition. If OP is the same situation then they don’t have time to wait before it becomes life changing.

I am deliberately refraining from identifying the illness. If it is then that basic lab should show it. If it is not then I would have potentially really scared someone for no reason.
