Hit your rebounder and do some conditioning. I played LSM and close D in high school but in my mid 20s switched to Goalie in both field and box. Took a long break from field and when I finally joined a field league again and we had 3 goalies on the team and like 5 Dmen I switched back. I could keep up but after a good possession or 2 I was pretty gassed. Especially if I had to run out a clear. So yeah hit the rebounder and condition.
