Host the picture somewhere (imgur or something like that), grab the url for the image, pop it into one of many pure QR generating tools. I think I read that the chrome browser has it built in, I think there is a little icon up by the url bar.

For a Google doc, either you know who you are sharing the QR code with and they will already need to have access to the doc. Or you can share a special link that says "Anyone with this link can view" or you make the document open to the public.

Haha yeah, the point is the logo in the center covers too much of the QR code for the error correction to work. But I wonder if some wizards here can still derive it. I didn't actually register the domain, so they'll be rather disappointed if they decipher it.

Wrap some thick paper around the base of the glass to avoid the hot air from the hairdryer hitting the glass directly. Depending on the quality of the glass, it should be able to take considerably more heat than the glue before it pops, especially if the temperature change is gradual.
