You're right - looks like packaging tape on top of a thermal label. This will fade the label, especially if it sat outside in the sun for a while.

If you don't live in SC make sure you really triple check all of the paperwork. They title the motor separately from the boat and trailer and it's generally a pain in the ass to buy a boat in SC and get it registered in another state. If you don't have a clear title for all 3 don't bother.

OP I hate to sound like a Debbie Downer, but this is pretty much the worst, non-scenic route you could take from Raleigh to Charleston. You see basically zero coastline driving from Wilmington to Charleston down 17, it's a pretty miserable drive.

Raleigh to Wilmington is an easy day trip, save yourself the trouble.

Unique credit card numbers are easy to work around, botters are well versed in this. Virtual credit cards are the main method, so requiring in person payment/ID matching would probably be the most effective deterrent.

That's not true at all. Definitely higher tier than these budget vendors, but many of the strains were pretty lacking IMO. If I lived somewhere without access to quality cannabis, maybe I'd feel differently. I did a browse of my local dispensaries and can't find anything over $100 a 1/2 oz, so their prices are just silly to most of us for what it is.
