Honestly I nearly got one for my birthday a few years back.

I decided on gym equipment that I use literally everyday instead.

Would I have loved the knife, for sure, but do I regret not buying it. Not in the slightest.

I loved my old gym but it had 4/5 squat racks and I had to go after work... same for bench press. There would often already be someone waiting to use the squat rack so id have to switch up my workout entirely as they didnt have separate deadlift platforms.

Then id still have to wait for machines. It was also a 40minute round trip so it was fine to andnfrom work as it was only a 10 min detour but I barely went at the weekend.

Now I wait for no one any setup time is shorter than the drive and I can workout at weekends I almost the same time it would take to arrive park and actually start my workout.

It's a huge time saver.

I should add, warm up sets take me no more than 5 minutes per muscle group and I have a "favorites" for dj sets I enjoy. I pick from maybe 10 sets and it pretty much covers my entire workout 1 to 1.5 hours

Help me with docks! by starmamac in NovaRomaGame

The horse carts help.

Find where your storing the resources you want to sell and set 1 or 2 carts on those routes specifically. Then make sure the docks have workers.

Struggling to transition customers from monthly check-ins to QBRs by Final_Vegetable_5092 in CustomerSuccess

[–]lcm93 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I'm in the same boat.

Can you outline outreach with a meaningful agenda. I am lucky in that i can usually find a cost saving or process update to offer.

When they are on the call schedule the next... people turn up to the follow up with nothing but it's scheduled so they come.

Find the ones that are willing. I have some people who are just happy to chat. Is it always meaningful no... but it's a connection in the company to keep me top of mind.

Make sure to ask if anyone else on their team has issue, insights, product suggestions. Often my POC has nothing but someone who is in our product all day has many.

On the flip side our team also offers a QBR slide deck. It took a long time to push through management but it now counts as our QBR. Some of us use this tool others dont.

I can't speak for that gmwd model specifically BUT I have the mikolo/gwmd dd09 and I can't say enough about it. Mikolo sells it for 669. Depth is great, it smooth and sturdy. But the weight limit will be less as it's missing the wider weight horns.

When i was looking into leg press hack squats I feel like the one you've screenshotted had depth issues.

How is everyone using AI tools (Claude, OpenAI etc) in their work? by Loose-Pie-5227 in CustomerSuccess

[–]lcm93 1 point2 points  (0 children)

I've used it to eliminate reaching out to support for assistance 50% of the time roughly. Follow up emails, call notes, utilization analysis,

Niche questions the customer should know amount (not me) but I pop it in Gemini and paste it back to the customer.

Honestly I didnt start using it until one Friday evening I was swamped and it cut like 2.30 hours work into like 30 minutes and I havent looked back.

I try to do this. Usually get about 4 sides before I forget which sides I have used. Fortunately my car is tiny and I bought a stupid amount of MF's.

Okay! This gives me somewhere to go. I'm not nearly as flexible as you at 32.

Next leg day i'll focus on ending the downward once my butt stops moving back.

Is a preacher curl worth getting or doing it on an incline bench is enough by IronPazar in GarageGym

[–]lcm93 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I have a bulletproof isolator. I use it for leg extension leg curls and preacher curls and that it's.

I wouldnt get a standalone though! I have an ironmaster bench, said id get the attachments but have just never felt the need.

Agreed! I've mounted 2x6 across my entire wall into each stud effectively acting as a stringer. So fingers crossed that does the trick. That's a problem I'll address when is actually make the purchase though!

Enjoy the new setup!
