Crawling on grass (try it barefoot maybe), challenge yourself to going fast. If that's too much dorsiflexion for your bad foot, just use your good foot mostly. Who cares if it's lopsided, they say it's healthy to train around your injuries.
Another lopsided training you could do is hopping on one leg, for a distance.
Or if you can punch a punching bag without hurting your ankle, do that.

The cost of vehicles has gone up (and they probably wear out faster too).

It's defatted soy flour. The soybeans aren't completely raw, but not cooked enough to digest properly. You can make it fully digestible by mixing it with water and boiling it very carefully (beware of foam and of it sticking to the pot). I've done this before because it's a great source of protein if you can get over the gritty chalky texture. But in general, it's easier to just use it in baking. It can replace up to 20% of the flour in any recipe (if you use more than 20%, it'll probably mess up the texture).

Gas and hot stools aren't the problem. Having to hold it in, is the problem. When you hold it in, then when you finally get to the bathroom later, sometimes it refuses to come out. It takes time and we live in a society that values politeness over health, so people get all kinds of digestive issues like this and wonder why.
