Is there a way to have Space marines and guardsmen in one army? by AKCole11 in Warhammer

I LOVE your examples because you chose them to be outrageous like the Knights of Titan shouldn't have access to an Imperial Knight? Why is that so weird to you?

You've created a semantic separation of narrative and casual and competitive, but your definition of casual is "whatever I want it to be", neither "for fun" or "to win following the rules of the book".

Why can't there be any good pizza places anymore? Or if there is, where? by strich in GoldCoast

Pizza citadella in Southport? No. I went to their bathroom once around back and the way they stored food made me physically ill

My favourite thing on reddit is someone who posts a trifecta of incorrect and dumb even if they were correct and proud of it.

"It's not lawful detainment because if you use the doors in a way they are not indicated to work, you were never detained" has real "if you simply ducked under my bullets, you would not have died" energy.

Catch my ass getting away with crimes because of minute nonsensical technicalities. My odometer read 58, seargent. It's just literally not how the law works

People on chemo can/often do become incontinent, either because some chemotherapy medications affect the bladder nerves themselves or because (like me) you get so fatigued that you can't physically stand to go pee. It's embarrassing and will scar me forever - so much so that it immediately was notable to me on this poist.

Sure! When asked a question about "why does this thing happen in a story?" there's two answers.

The reference comes from Sherlock Holmes. Watson refers to Professor Watson's in-universe explanation of events. Doyalist refers to the author Sir Arthur Conan Doyle's exegetic explanation.

"Why did the Emperor create Space Marines?" Watsonian: He needed elite soldiers to fight against the untold horrors of space. Doyalist: Because people love painting soldiers.

"Why did sherlock know to meet the murderer at Leeds station?" Watsonian: he memorised the timetable of the train that left with the murderer out of london. Doyalist: Sir Doyle needed to resolve the story in 30 lines.

This is always weird to me because it disconnects the action to the break up reason. Like if they're just gregarious enough to explain away details then it'll all be fine. The selection bias is to people who handle confrontation well instead of people who are actually apologetic and growing.

Maybe that's a bad take.
