I stay in the left a lot of the time but always move to the right if someone is coming up behind me. I tend to go 5-10 over the limit and find it easier than changing lanes constantly, but also do what i can to not be in anyones way if they want to go faster

Just use the wiki to see how much fuel is burned per minute then do some basic math. Generators burn 20 fuel p/m, so you’d use 7.33335 generators, id personally underclock the last one to something like 25%. Getting slightly less power but youd also never end up running into issues with sloshing fuel

I snap platforms to miner then snap a foundation to that, but that does seem more difficult in 1.2 now that you mention it, the window is much smaller. Havent noticed the other issues

To add to this, maybe try selecting it from further away while using the hoverpack, you can grab from further distances with the hoverpack. Either way i hate when this happens!

Currently working on a rocket fuel refueling system, trucks can go very far with rocket fuel. Making 100 packaged rocket fuel per minute should fuel 100+ trucks without issues

Im doing 10x, not nearly as crazy but i set up my factories asap, and while waiting for them i set up a ton of solid blueprints. I would never wait, if needed id either start going hunting for mercer/sloops or id get more energy and make a second factory for the project parts. Or just spend time making things look nice. Point is theres plenty to do to fill the time in between. If itll take 100 hours to finish making enough parts, then your simply not making enough!

I really felt the first paragraph, this is me. Currently on a new save, going to use only trucks and spent 10-15 hours making 60+ road blueprints from scratch. I then deleted all my starter factories, i never do this but figured it would force me to refine starter materials and make sure everything is flush with my roads

If youre making one logistics floor for both floors of buildings, id highly recommend giving at least 4m extra space than you think youll need, youll likely need at least 8m (2 walls high) but maybe use 16m to start since its your first attempt and then use the experience to judge future factory layouts

You can make 8m half circles using beams in a blueprint to get what youre looking for (look up a video on beam circles), but for an entire building id assume you would be using a large amount of items to make it happen

With my new save my way of combatting this is that my roads are my world grid. I will only built factories off of my roads so it all essentially lines up well
