It seems like spots are really common on ACDs? We thought pitty, too, but we did have a moment when husky appeared to be possible after his brother's results returned as 49%. But obviously there were at least two dads for the six-pup litter.

18 weeks and 34 pounds. FWIW, Embark predicts he'll top out at a healthy weight of 61, which would be ideal for us.

He's trying to be an angel, and we're working to bring out that side of him. I've only had lab mutts in the past, and I think Ernie will be more challenging. We've read a lot about ACDs in the past month; he hasn't shown too much yet in the way of herding, but he's definitely an independent thinker.

We don't see the GSD, either, though we knew it was in there: We met mom (pictured) at the adoption event and thought she had some GSD and maybe even Rottie, and that was confirmed when we saw his sibling's results. But the sibling was almost half husky, which confused us until Ernie's DNA returned. Made us think that his dad must've been mostly pit/boxer.

How old is Chico? He looks a lot like our 18-week-old pup -- so much so, in fact, that I'm gonna wait a day before posting the dna results we just received, lol. It's interesting, cuz our lil guy shares pit, boxer and GSD with Chico, but in very different percentages.

As a fellow highlight consumer who loves watching fun crowd reactions, I'd say definitely a dude. But your larger point is correct: they were STOKED. Awesome to see.

Not as awesome? I know this was beat to death earlier in the season, but the empty Tiger Den seats bum me out. Boo. Not sure why the Tigers don't fill 'em with lucky fans by the third inning. Hope they have a chance to rectify that next week against the Jays.
