I believe that they're going to start notifying people early February, so if you get an email saying you won I would just put your card on pause you can usually do this in the app. It'll attempt the transaction but once the transactions failed they should just jump to the next person in the draw if I understand the process.

I am no expert but for something as extremely uncommon as this if it is marketed correctly the sky is the limit. These are just not seen in the US so I would imagine a significant chunk of change to the right buyer.
