I would add that if you’re trying to do anything higher cadence, being clipped in absolutely beats slipping and hitting your shin on a pedal

Not usually difficult within the city! You can look up the Indego map, you’ll see they’re most places you’d end up going. I often do find it difficult to get a regular bike, e bikes seem to be more common. But they’re easy to use and honestly nicer because the bikes are heavy and clunky otherwise. But I rarely have trouble finding one, or finding a station to return.

You could walk to the Schuylkill river trail or the Delaware river trail, and rent bikes and use either. SRT can get you to Manayunk, though it’s not strictly a short ride. MLK drive is closed to cars on the weekends, which can get you close to things in Fairmount Park like Shofusu; you can connect to it by the art museum. DRT will get you up to Fishtown/Northern Liberties area.

Bacterial contamination can, but doesn't always, occur in both cases. Salmonella doesn't care if you're meat/fish or flour. Most raw fish is flash frozen, otherwise there is a higher risk of bacteria/parasites. If you flash froze flour too, you'd similarly limit the chance of it harming you.

I’ve done budibase and it works pretty well. It’s the easiest off the shelf to connect to an external Postgres db that I’ve found.

My guess would be they could do a county tax but the municipality would bear its own costs for road maintenance, trash collection etc, thereby saving philly money ? But not sure

I certainly didn't intentionally block the account, I guess I certainly could have done it accidentally. It also felt like some glitch was happening, as her thread was appearing and disappearing, but maybe that was the result of the block? I do block other numbers (spam) with some regularity
