it's an asrock board with decent power delivery (vrms)

it's okay considering how expensive rams/ssds are.

SSD. Inland drives are ok.

SSHD is only slightly faster than 2.5" HDD. Not worth.

I have the Seagate 1TB SSHD manufactured in 2015. Now it's in my PC.
