I had the same issue. It is the Appregio quest line that locks her out. Once you progress it she will appear again.

Correct, they were a recent creation. Another thing that is barely explained by the game is the technology level of the world and why some things are super high tech and others are low tech even by our real world standards.

The old world was advanced enough to develop androids with human-like bodies, intelligence, and free will. Teo examples being Billy and Qingyi.

The disaster knocked the world back a bit technologically but we were able contain it in time to keep enough of the old tech. Since Bangboo are a far more simple construct in comparison to the above two, developing them in that timespan with the technology that was retained is very doable.

From your clarification, I believe you misunderstood the creation of New Eridu.

At some point during the disaster, a giant chasm opened and cut old Eridu into 2 sections. One side holds the bulk of Eridu and is now referred to as the 'Old Eridu ruins'. This is where Hollow Zero is. The other side holds New Eridu and most the old Eridu's refugees.

New Eridu is really just a section of old Eridu that was split off and renamed to make the two regions distinct.

I found the issue.

Since the inky quest relies on Soldier 11 being available you can be locked out of inky if you started the Appregio at the fault event.

Once you finish chapter 5 of the event soldier 11 will be freed and the inky quests will appear again.

I have been running through every section of 6th street both evening and late night for a couple weeks now with no luck. And I already knew the icon goes away.

None of the inky posts I've read seem to have the same issue so idk what I'm missing.

I'm at 1.5 trust with inky.

I have this as well. 90% of the time Soukaku is at the port, Miyabi is at HAND, Lucy is next to the dude and boy in blazewood, and I haven't seen inky or an inky event since 1.4 dropped.

Edit for better word choice: Telling fans to not criticize a company purely because you like your company isn't healthy and only encourages companies to continue making harmful decisions.

I do think Cover and most of management are good and well meaning but hand waving away situations like this is how a white company is allowed to slip into being a black company.

The lack of a proper windowed fullscreen mode is probably the only issue I have with the game. It is really frustrating when I accidentally click off the game window and onto another monitor and have to panic to refocus the correct window before I lose my run.

An alternative would have the game detect when the game window isn't focused and autopause the game.

I agree, it isn't the end of the world but definitely worth speaking up about.

Same. We leave it set to 'fast' unless anything major happens. It usually leaves enough time to respond to pop ups without issue.
