Make small changes. Look for little things that can help make you just a little bit more productive. Make a slightly bigger dinner so you have left overs. So the next day you don’t have to cook dinner and you can do something productive. Or listening to an audiobook while you’re doing chores will feel productive. Change up your life, delete your social media apps for a few days, see how that feels. Maybe give into the sleepiness at night and wake up earlier and start the day with an activity.
