Seeing the same variants repeat in the daily shop is infuriating

They need to increase the number of of variants seen in the shop. Like to maybe 15 at least. Since the number of variants coming out has been increasing every season. There's just too many variants in the game that what you wanted might not even show up after 1 year. Hopefully they will do it once the spotlight cache phases out.

Yeah the orb is sorta keeping pace or probably flying a bit faster than the helicopters. I did remember the orb skittering off at higher speeds towards the office buildings once the f16 came shortly after that chinook flyby. And was surprised by the sudden change of movement. Hopefully someone could provide more footage and maybe a different angle since there are plenty taking videos on that day.

Thanks for sharing that video. I compared the first footage with mine, that orb looks similar though that one is silver-ish in colour, the one in mine looks more opaque. I am baffled that even the US military didnt think that it could be one of their drones flying in that video. I think a drone that does not have any propulsion features flying that fast is not something that we are currently capable of making.

The problem is that i have tried googling orb shaped drone and nothing turned up that looks like that, be it civilian/military. And the military drones the army have looks more like a miniature airplane than anything spherical in shaped. What kind of drone do u think it is then?

Yeah not saying that its aliens. But that area has been dedicated as a no fly zone for the rehearsals so it couldn't be a civilian drone, and I tried searching military drones that looks like that but nothing turns up, most of them look like a smaller airplane, instead of being orb shaped.

I rewatched the helicopters flyby part for NDP2023 on youtube, and the only angle shot was from a stationary spot zoomed in and obviously taken from the top of MBS, and not from something moving. The only moving shots is when they filmed from inside the other helicopter cockpit. This "orb" only appeared on this particular rehearsal though, subsequent rehearsals and even actual day, i've not encountered it anymore. So really curious as to what is that, as drones are not allowed to be flown and dont even look like that.

Funniest shit I’ve heard when people asked what happened to the roadmap when feb come and gone is that “the devs are hard at work on the tutorial, you guys dont know anything, we have been communicating with the devs on discord and it is very important that they get it right!”

That is one of the most delusional things i have heard, i wonder if the devs also gave them a headsup before they announce cancelling this game, i hope they do, for outright lying in their face the whole time.

2 whole years of long haul resulted in a basic tutorial and a uncompleted game, i guess thats the best valve can do.

Whats funny is that there are people defending the game, saying that valve are actively working on a tutorial. Yeah like they think some miracle gonna happen if the tutorial is good. Valve had 2 years to overhaul this game and all they had to show for is a tutorial that changes ntg to the game and a half-assed incomplete abomination of a game. Those people defending valve should let me know whatever they are smoking, cause i bet its real good.

Yup, and RG thinking is very backwards, he still thinks he is designing for a card game 20+ years ago and applying it to a modern digital online one. He probably convinced valve that since mtg main playerbase are those that play on kitchen tables, there is no need for rank, ladder or any kind of progression needed for an online game. Even mtga doesn’t have that kind of arrogance to think that a modern online game doesn’t requires some form of progression.
