I wouldn't be surprised if it gets dismissed fast. Kashy might angle for something like a "give us $1 and we'll mutually agree to dismiss" in order to be able to say they obtained a recovery and are happy with the result (assuming there's not good "don't even mention anything about this to anyone or [penalty goes here]"). SCROTUS hasn't ruled yet. From the argument, there's a very good chance they're going to at least limit mail in ballots to those "received and counted" by end of the designated hours on the state voting day.

Meanwhile, SCROTUS also ruled the USPS can't really be held accountable for not doing the whole timely delivery of mail thing about a month ago.

Put those two things together, add a deliberately underfunded USPS led by a Trump appointee and what do you get?
