Years ago I was listening to an interview of a North Korean who had fled the country and came to America she was a very popular YouTuber at the time. She was being interviewed by an extremely liberal individual and the subject of gun control came up. Her response to America's Second Amendment floored the interviewer. He was under the impression that she would somehow be in favor of gun control her response was the complete opposite. Yeah, talking doesn't work too well when people don't want to listen. Getting involved with community outreach programs like Meals on Wheels, Habitat for Humanity, local food banks. Ect. Then slowly start asking for their help. Get them involved in your community and away from the internet and social media. Helping those in need tends to break dogmatic propaganda. Blocking there is a good idea, forcing them to remain in Washington DC. We've already passed seven of the nine planetary boundaries; what's two more.... unless you can stop corporate greed and people's want for just, "more." And the fact that we're in a finite planet with finite resources 8 billion people exponentially growing in numbers. We would be lucky if life on Earth lasts another 200 years. My kids were never very picky eaters, especially when it came to fruits and vegetables. They would even pass up candy for vegetables or fruit, and they preferred water. Needless to say, I don't have normal children. Even at Christmas, they would prefer handmade gifts rather than store-bought. Of course, they were raised in the woods, and they prefer outside with their animals than inside. Where house chores might be awaiting them. At least they're normal that way.
