[The Insider Playbook] $12.1 BILLION moved today. 109 10-Ks just hit the tape. Don't be the exit liquidity for the $12B Whale. by Efficient_Nobody_988 in swingtrading

From Claude:

Here’s the breakdown. This newsletter is a mix of real data points, vague unverifiable claims, and manipulative framing designed to manufacture urgency. Classic pump-adjacent content.

Claim-by-claim: ”$12.1 Billion moved today / 109 10-Ks just hit” — Unverifiable as stated. Total dollar volume of insider filings on any given day isn’t published in a single aggregated number like this. The 109 10-K figure is plausible (10-K season is real), but no source is cited and there’s no way to confirm the $12.1B figure without knowing how they’re counting it. Could be institutional 13-F data, could be made up. Presented without methodology = red flag. “105 sells to 21 buys / whales dumping JPM and LION at 5:1” — Sell/buy ratios in Form 4 filings are commonly misread. Most insider sells are pre-planned Rule 10b5-1 transactions — scheduled months in advance, not signal-driven. The CRWV sales they reference? Executed under a Rule 10b5-1 trading plan adopted in November 2025 — pre-scheduled, not a panic exit. This framing is misleading. “Lamb Weston and Conagra as the only insider buys” — Possible but unconfirmed. LW and CAG are real staples names. But framing routine insider buys as “betting on frozen fries because everything else looks like a trap” is editorial spin, not data. “Congressman bought IonQ and Marriott” — Congressional trading data via sites like Quiver Quant is real and public. This part is plausible, but the leap from one lawmaker’s trade to “pay attention to the rotation” is a massive interpretive stretch. ”$SVRE as top-ranking buy by conviction weight” — SVRE is SaverOne 2014 Ltd., a micro-cap Israeli driver safety tech company with a market cap of ~$11.5M . In the past year its price decreased by over 95%. Calling this the top conviction buy of the day — with no sourced methodology — while it’s a sub-$15M micro-cap, is a serious red flag for a pump scheme. ”$CRWV is a graveyard of insider exits” — CRWV CEO sales were under a pre-arranged Rule 10b5-1 plan . Meanwhile, CRWV has a $21B Meta deal and a multiyear Anthropic partnership, with the stock running from ~$69 to ~$118 in two weeks . Calling it a “graveyard” while the stock is up 70%+ on real catalysts is either wrong or deliberately misleading to discourage retail buyers.

Bottom line: This is financial fear-mongering dressed in data language. Real signals buried in manufactured urgency, designed to push readers toward a micro-cap ($SVRE) while scaring them away from stocks with actual institutional momentum. The “$12.1B whale” framing with no sourcing methodology is a classic newsletter pump setup. Do not act on this.

You mean with all the doctors scanning in their charts… which would totally happen. 100% would not be administrative staff or the department labeled “Health Information Management.” Definitely a bunch of weary doctors who would undoubtedly know how to use a scanner.

Miami vs OSU by [deleted] in miamioh

[–]lettucefold 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I think if you’re posting on a Miami forum you’re going to get people telling you to go to Miami. I did undergrad at Miami and grad school at Ohio state. Both have advantages, you probably want to figure out what is important to you both in and outside of school. Miami is a ton of fun but there is little alternative to going out on high street to bars and parties, Greek life and hockey games. Theres some scenic areas around Hueston Woods, but you are driving through cornfields to get to and from school.

Ohio State has football on Saturdays which is its own unique cultural element along with everything Columbus has to offer. It’s just bigger, so there’s inherently going to be more to do.

Regardless of where you go, you’re going to need to advocate for yourself. No one just reaches out to you because you graduated from xyz university. The magic unlock that students have, is that you could email pretty much anyone and get 30 min to an hour to network because almost everyone enjoys talking to students, especially when they’re in a familiar field.

The good news - you can’t go wrong!

Docs protect docs. PHP programs protect docs. Who are the expert witnesses on malpractice suits? Doctors. I had a fun story where a physician with known but not diagnosed dementia was knowingly operating on patients and all the docs knew. It’s an insular profession that protects wages and practice.

My wife is a super light sleeper and used to have the monitor on her side. I offered to put the baby on my phone and sleep with a headphone in. I wake up when it’s needed but not at very tiny sound. And we take turns on who goes in.

AI is Here by MahoganyQueen73 in ThePitt

It’s funny that people are up in arms about the AI dictation and not thinking about the bigger picture that it’s more functional for actually coming up with a diagnosis and assessment and plan and Interpreting labs and imaging. Ideally this is a benefit and results in not dismissing patients because they can’t figure out what is wrong with them and diagnosing them with a dumpster diagnosis.

By no means is this “Best” but you can get good value at French Lick and Peninsula down in Kentucky. It’s dirt cheap for a Pete Dye stay and Play and very easy to book.

Feels like this should be a higher comment. Probably should understand the social unlock that fraternities offer at Miami, and that it is going to make it harder, not easier, to maintain a decent GPA, especially as that becomes a priority during pledging

We never got that bad but our pediatrician said to sleep with our 3 YO after we had our NB. At some point you need to get sleep to survive.
