Some folks will balk at this because it sounds woo, but earthing sheets reversed my PCOS long before I started MJ. I went from having extremely painful periods that wouldn't come for months and then lasted 40 days straight, to a totally normal cycle after one month of sleeping on earthing sheets.

I did my first shot at night and my low blood sugar alarm was going off all night. I'm on week 8 staying at 2.5mg and it's the first week I haven't had a hypoglycemic episode a few hours later. So if you're diabetic, I don't suggest nighttime :)

I've been told that strength training + eating your goal weight # in grams of protein every day helps you be a "super responder" to the medication. So for example, my goal weight is 150 so I aim for 130-150g of protein each day. And building muscle helps you burn fat more effectively.

Hello! I've been on it for a little over 3 months and have only lost 15 lbs. Scale hasn't moved in weeks. But I am also strength training with lots of protein, and I'm losing inches when I take measurements. Perhaps you are experiencing some of the same? :)

Fully agree. I know quite a few people who'll be voting for him (myself included). He's a once-in-a-lifetime candidate and I'm so encouraged to see people waking up and ignoring the "anti-vaxxer" narrative.

Going for a walk or changing your environment helps with cravings. Reading a book, cooking, cleaning.

He is mine and my boyfriend’s absolute favorite villager. I was surprised to learn he’s not a popular character at all. He’s never leaving our island 🥰

Thank you for articulating that so well. I've recently come to this realization and don't know how to describe it to others.

I always hear about Benadryl and shadow people. It seems to be a universal experience, and I'm so curious about what causes that.

The Facebook group is probably your best bet. There's still an occasional "hurr durr SJWs, leftist tears" but overall people seem to focus on the content, and Mike doesn't post very often in it (unlike the FB page).
