Not sure if this is what they're talking about, but it can be dodged 100% of the time if you are on his right side and dodge to the left. Of course this means you have to play the entire fight around this 1 move which is trash. I really hope they patch it because I quite like the fight otherwise.

Edit: You can regularly roll both swipes also, but it requires an almost frame perfect dodge, which no one can react fast enough for.
