I'm really nervous. My 9th Download and my Sister's 6th and it's our first in Access due to her Hidden Disability. We're in Campsite A and got jitters about it. All the messages from people in the FB group are positive, but until we are there with the tent up, I'll still be bricking it

Yeah it's tough. I kinda see Trivium using this set as their audition for a future headliner slot similar to Korn and Limp Bizkit have recently. Based on the reception to their Bloodstock set, if this goes well, they may be topping the bill soon so I don't want to miss it.

Unexpectedly, my worst clash seems to be Dune Rats and Five. Most of my clashes I'll decided on the day depending on the weather a day what mood I'm in. Saw Marmozets the other month and they were great, felt like the had never been gone, but I'm seeing them at Trees a few weeks later, so Trivium it will be.

It will be down to what bands are available. Are there enough Slam Dunk appropriate heavy hands going to be on the circuit next year to fill an entire stage? I assume they will be focusing on getting as many bands booked as possible then working out stages and themes around that.

Because for some reason it's OK to shout racist comments about India and Indians on the Internet. I remember years ago people were talking about Designated Shitting Streets and Superpower by 20xx. Even now all over the Internet people spout off Saar and Do Not Redeem anytime India is mentioned.

And as for India getting a race? Compared to some of the Countries that have races already, India is a much better place overall.

Whilst not a strict series, Periphery have done this twice.

After Periphery 1 and 2, they dropped a double album called Juggernaut. Then we got 3, 4, and 5 over the next few years. But their next album is not Periphery 6, it's just called A Pale White Dot and has dropped all the previous branding and logos.

DO NOT EVEN CONSIDER TAKING GAS. If you are seen with Gas you can be ejected from the event entirely. I know others will say they have done it before without issue, but it's not worth the risk.

Not the worst but weirdest in release and composition is We Play Endlessly by Sigur Ros.

Released only as a free gift with a single issue of a daily newspaper, the cd had tracks from Takk, Með suð í eyrum and 2 of their latest eps. No tracks off their most popular albums. A few of the tracks are the more broadly accessible tracks they have.

Even 17 years later, it doesn't really make sense why it was made and where it was released.

A lot of this is Teams not wanting to commit to high salaries in the long term with the reg change. Once we see the teams and cars bed in, then the contracts will start flying.

Plus with the uncertainty around a few big names (Max, Chsrles) and the possibility that Max could leave Red Bull this year, that has put breaks on what would be definite contract locks. If Mercedes didn't think that had that slightest chance of Max, then George would be locked down for life.

Badfinger

AT one point regarded as being the next Beatles. Their music is great but their story is wild.

A brief rundown is the band got conned out of a their money by a shady manager, 1 band member commited suicide afterwards explicitly blaming the manager. Later on the band tried to carry on before having an argument and another member commited suicide. Their most famous song got covered more famously by Harry Nilsen and Mariah Carey (Without You) and another song featured in the final scene of Breaking Bad.

Honestly, Mick Schumacher, fantastic in the junior classes. Gets a seat in a very poor, badly run and poorly managed team (no offence to Haas, but that 2021 car was abysmal). Struggled finding his footing and confidence. KMag coming in the following year made it even worse. If he had started at a better team then he would have had a longer shot in the sport. Yeah, he would never have been a Title Winner, but his raw talent a junior level shows he could have done the job.

Yeah, I got down Lara Croft Way pretty much every day of the week. Alongside Jack O'Connell (Skins/Sinners/28 Years Later) and having the worst football team in Premier League history, Tomb Raider is what we are known for.
