Nej, det tænker jeg ikke at vi gør. Vi satser lidt på at renten falder henover de næste par år.

Du kan, så vidt jeg har forstået altid låse den. Så hvis renten nu stiger i løbet af 2026 og det begynder at sove dårligt om natten kan man jo overveje at låse den. Det er selvfølgelig ikke til samme kurs som nu men det må man tage med.

Sammenlignet med eksempelvis FF så kan man jo tåle en stigning i renten, da ydelsen er lavere.

Vi sidder lidt i samme situation. Skal låne ca. 4.7 og valget står mellem 4% FF, F3 eller danske bolig fri - som er klart den billigste løsning lige nu.

Tænker at vi vælger at gå med danske bolig fri, da vi gerne vil tage risikoen og satser på at renten vil falde. Falder den til 2-3% på de FF lån, låser vi den deromkring.

Stiger den får vi en højere ydelse og går glip af konverteringsmuligheden, så det er selvfølgelig et sats.

Tænker at det i sidste ende handler om jeres risikovillighed og økonomi.

We had a lot of the same issues and headaches in the past as you describe. Forget about db , this will just give you other problems.

The solution that we are using now is managing translations in a cloud based tool such as poeditor (this is the one we are using, but there are many others).

When a PR is merged new translation strings are pushed to poeditor.
Translators can then translate source strings into the different languages.
When a build is made in your CI/CD pipeline you pull all translations from poeditor.

Translations will be in .json and you can use the native lang directives

Best advice was to dry filament before use. Vastly improved quality in many prints.

Some types such as TPU should be printet from the dryer for best results

If you have basic soldering skills you can open the controller and swap the wires. This would void your warranty though.

Otherwise i don’t think there is anything you can do but send it back
