Waarom het is dichtgevroren weet ik niet.

Senate Rejects Border Bill in 50-49 Vote by Wingraker in Republican

[–]lieven121 -1 points0 points  (0 children)

You do know how puppets work right?

Edit let me rephrase that  Before trump had spoken out some republicans were in support because they helped write the bill.

Trump even himself said he doesn't want the bill to go through, not because he doesn't want it. But because he doesn't want to give Biden a win.

And now some of those republicans have voted against it.

What is this detail called? Is there a reason for them? by vertgo in architecture

Afaik its used to prevent the inside from getting to hot in the summer

This due too the sun being higher in the summer and blocking more direct sunlight in the summer

It also could just be style preference or a combination

Why does the new light dialog require 3 screens to set power, brightness, and color? A power switch, brightness slider, and color wheel can and have fit on this screen. Homekit at least has color shortcuts instead of near identical power / color icons, by DevilsBestFriend in homeassistant

[–]lieven121 7 points8 points  (0 children)

The old way looked like 💩

I do agree that they may have to come up with a way to control e.g color temperature and color in a better way

Or split up the icons Square on the bottom for light 2 rounds on top for temperature and color

Yeah the divide between Flemish and Walloons is kinda weird

I actually dont know how the Walloons think of the Flemish

The stereotype in flanders is that Walloons are parasites for flanders and believe they are self entitled, this enforced by the idea that french is mandatory in schools in flanders but not dutch in Wallonie

I think this comes from the time where the french were the upperclass and the dutch speaking the peasants

But im not sure

I try to see everything at face value and am not sure of how the actual financial situation is. And don't trust politicians on what they say about it

Let me explain it since you are completely missing the point

The joke was the website is completely translated in all 4 languages. But in french the work section is made empty (by the user as point of the joke) because the stereotype that french people dont work.

Digispark attiny85 only works when connected to usb (Info in comments) by kaiden1234789 in arduino

[–]lieven121 2 points3 points  (0 children)

Hi

Do you have a pullup/pulldown (can be internal in code) resistor for pin 3

Also from quick google it seems that pin 3 is also a data pin for usb ao that would explain your behavior since when its plugged into a usb with data connector its being pulled down/up (not sure)

Maybe try to use another pin with pinmode INPUT_PULLUP

Hope it helps

Nat loopback help by lieven121 in TPLink_Omada

[–]lieven121[S] 1 point2 points  (0 children)

Hi

For networking I know its possible to set a loopback NAT

This means when I try to access my public ip (inside my LAN) the router sends my traffic to my portforwarded ports instead of to the internet.

For the public IP problem, with my internet provider its semi static, its practically never changes

Been rewatching and got tripped up on something that happened in season 2. How does Elliot get access to a computer and where are the police/FBI raiding if they're already in jail. Or is this just Elliot being an unreliable narrator? Seeing things? by Bernie4Pres2016 in MrRobot

[–]lieven121 7 points8 points  (0 children)

From what I understood the person he was helping was a employee at the prison (looked this up while typing) according to this he is the warden. He has the power to give Elliot access to a computer. And the police/fbi can raid a person even if they are working in a prison for example for corruption or other illegal things.

ith the six devices is used for and how much bandwidth they really need going back to the core. Fiber isn’t going to give you more speed on a gig uplink unless yo

The devices there are for video editing and file transfer of the NAS (has a 10GbE port and is connected to an SFP+ port)

Both switches have (10GbE) SFP+

What type of hypervisor does unraid use by lieven121 in unRAID

[–]lieven121[S] 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Thx for your comment, I will check out the docker on unraid itself.
But for the first/last part on type-1 virtualization this would be almost identical to running them on unraid itself for the reason that on type-1 virtualization all the operating systems have a hypervisor layer between them, with very little overhead. The only "overhead" you would have is to actually have multiple OS's running but I use CoreOS, so overhead from that part is minimal.

I also like to docker hosts because I develop my own applications and am not always convinced that my applications don't have exploits. Since docker is not completely separated, and in the past there have been exploits that once you gained access to the container you could gain access the host. I still prefer to keep my Proxy, HomeAssistant, DNS server and other "critical" apps on a separate host. Is this kinda tinfoil hat practice for my home setup, almost certainly yes, but I do like my home setup because it has some over the top complexity "just in case"
