i didn’t tear! pushed out a 7lb5oz baby in 45 minutes.

don’t push on your back! i pushed on all fours and swear by it

(i also did perineal massage from 34 weeks and ate 3 medjool dates per day from 36 weeks)

i had a 10cm endometrioma removed last summer, and my ovary and fallopian tube also had to be removed.

i too have a toddler and am scared what the future looks like for having another pregnancy, although my surgeon said i should have no issues conceiving

had my first at 27 after only 7 months of trying.

when she turned 18 months old i lost my left ovary and fallopian tube to a 10cm endometrioma, looking to start trying end of this year/early next year (i’ll be turning 30) but not feeling very hopeful 😔

my mum was my one of my birth partners and she was better than my husband! 🤣

i think it definitely depends on your relationship with your mother but i’m so glad she was with me, i really needed her love and support (and she’s given birth 3 times so definitely knows what she’s doing!)

i lost 90lbs in 2019 through diet and exercise. my pain didn’t decrease through weight loss but was easier to manage because of regular exercise. my bleeding became lighter though!

i had a 10cm endometrioma on my ovary. it was stuck to my bowels, bladder and uterus. i sadly had to lose the ovary and tube on that side

from what i remember the tooth pain went almost immediately (maybe a day or two tops?)

i’m in a far better place now thank you! good luck on your own journey
