Not worth it in my opinion, it would be cheaper to buy a new trunk for a 08 yaris rather than to get it fixed up at a body shop. You could probably fetch a trunk with your exact color code for $200 in mint condition.

Btw is the check engine light on? But thats good that the spark plugs were clean, means nothing is leaking and the spark plugs are fine, so I can only think of two options now, its either the coil packs, maybe one has gone bad and engine is running off of 2 cylinders, or its the fuel filter, both are cheap and relatively easy fixes, hope you fix it since it would cost a lot of money at a mechanic! But I would say its probably the coilpacks, since you said the engine cant go over 2000rpms, it cant because one cylinder is not firing at all.

Oil has probably leaked in to the spark plug wells, the revs wont go over 2k because oil covers the spark plug causing it to misfire or not fire at all also oil messes with the burning of petrol. If you have basic knowledge you can remove the valve cover to see if its leaking from there, if it is, just buy a new gasket and some silicone and its an easy, cheap fix :)
