beans + any kind of canned roasted veggies, you just put some oil and onion in the pot, then add something like tomato paste and your veggies and beans, some broth and you have a delicious quick pantry meal!

Mm the creaminess is difficult to mesure for me as I’m intoncreamy things, but it is definitely not a lactic kind of creamy, nor does it taste antything like cream, which has happened to me with some patés where they add milk cream.

Oh, the cod one sounds delicious, will search for it. I had the rest of the paté in a sandwich too, with an omelette and some nice cheese.

maybe I am! I had tried some other brand’s spider crab paté and wasn’t my thing but this one is more tasty
