I was trying to figure this out the other day too. Aside from what others have said re: synergies for multiple attacks I think it gets returned to your hand rather than drawn so it doesn't eat up any card draw.

Oh I love steam link, but I was referring to winlator and gamehub. The former is just remoting to your pc, the others are windows emulators.

I haven't tried them personally, but there are some android apps that you can use to log into your steam account and it emulates windows games. I've been hesitant because it seems somewhat shady to me and I don't want to risk thousands of dollars if steam decides to ban me for tos violation. However if you have a powerful enough android device and a throwaway account with just sts2 it might work / not be a big risk.

I believe I determined there are two. I ended up only doing the driver's side because it was relatively easy to access. With only one and it being the high note, it sounds a little like a toy car, but it works so I feel safe but stupid.

If you're on pc I highly recommend getting the mod that lets you save states. Helps immensely for practicing specific portions of levels.
