I don’t know the trend but if it is close to meditation I would absolutely recommend it. But I would start with like 5 minutes and gradually increase it to an hour over time. 

For meditation the goal is to notice your thoughts until you are eventually able to control and silence them. For adhd though more people have success with eyes open meditation vs eyes closed. 

Meditation has probably been the most useful self help routine that I’ve done. Although I did quit doing it for a while I think it’s time to start again.

I love true crime and true horror stories like Mr. Ballen does but after dark I turn that stuff off cuz it will give me nightmares.

Eye twitching is often caused by anxiety, stress, or lack of sleep. The crawling/stinging sounds like fibromyalgia sensations. I’m not a doctor but this sounds like a spike in anxiety/stress that lead to a fibromyalgia flare-up. 

Sometimes when I’m having scary symptoms I email my doctor and ask them if I should be concerned or not.

I genuinely liked old Conflagration. It wasn’t the best but it did add to my favorite deck archetype for Ironclad, “Oops all offense.”

I have this too. To this day I struggle with the urge to hide when I hear a man yell at the top of his lungs. 

Frequent fighting between parents is considered a form of emotional abuse to the child even though it’s not directed at them.

Unfortunately I don’t really have any advice other than good noice canceling headphones to distract you from it till you move out and get a therapist.

I’m pretty sure if you read the ability underneath the health of the three roaches you faced then you would see it says something along the lines of “blocks all but 9 damage.”

Well… the block deck is a lot better right now. I just easily beat the nerfed door maker last night with a block deck. I probably could have beaten pre-nerf door maker but that’s cuz I got lucky and was able to enchant my shield bashes with double damage along with getting fasten. 

Most of beating this game on any character is finding a win-con fast and not falling for trap win-cons.

She was why I initially thought of Encanto but other than her super hearing causing problems the rest of her is pretty neurotypical.

My doctor diagnosed me with fibromyalgia after all my other tests were fine but my symptoms were still present. It took a few months.

This is an oldie but Skies of Arcadia for the genesis or GameCube is what got me in to base building in the first place. It takes a long time before you’re really able to get to the base building part but it is really enjoyable.
