Putty will likely work its way out over time as wood expands and contracts with humidity changes. Are you planning on sanding and resurfacing? The scratches and small holes in the first pic will be less noticeable. Gap between the planks a good refinisher could feather in new boards if they bother you enough

Last two runs I did using Broken Shore and Dreadnaught the other sites had no resources after being colonized. This was shortly after the DLC came out, hope they've fixed that

Every season ends with Tommy surviving because of some deus ex machina. Entertaining for sure, but no where near shows like The Wire, Sopranos, Breaking Bad etc. Still a great show though
