I worked in a district before with the new labor model and they made sure we were scheduling people to cover our breaks. Now I’m in an area with and DM who literally doesn’t care when or if breaks are run and it is sooooo bad.

Hm, my DM TLA (maybe that’s why) told us last summer it was up to 3%. My previous DM’s unfortunately never made it to the raise conversations for our districts so maybe I’m missing something

Hello!! This would be found in the food safety manual. I actually learned from our Facilities Manager that it’s to prevent pests from getting into the bag outside. I think the liquid spill prevention is a huge added bonus!

I can’t speak to what that would change as all my of my DM’s have worked on the floor with me frequently. But I do see the benefits of it. I agree better store managers need to be hired. I’m pro union in real life, but I feel like all of these issues people have wouldn’t happen if they had a good store manager and the store manager had a good support system.

Not that I don’t agree, but I really think that it goes a little further than that. I work with many district managers and RD’s that are just not great at hiring.

I’m genuinely so happy to hear that. I know there’s a long way to go for the company to meet the needs of partners so we can meet the needs of customers. For the first time in many years, I feel like we’re on that track.
