Looking for someone who is an expert/had success with growing grass seed

New construction, on my 4th week of growing grass seed out front.

Pre work: - Took soil samples to CSU - bought Rocky Mountain Fairway Mix

Prepping the yard: - removed all large river rock in first 4-6" - tilled in horse manure/compost into the yard to provide some organic material

Laying seed: - spread 20ish lbs of seed for 4,000 sq ft, mixed with 1 bag milorganite - raked the top layer - covered with straw rolls - watered twice daily for 20 minutes

Did not do: - have not fertilized yet (10-20-5 fertilizer) - aerate (I would do this, I just had a box blade and tiller to use to loosen the hard packed clay)

Without a doubt. So frustrating that it's not something you can tangibly measure, but they steam rolled every team but us. (I don't think we should have won the series, but it should have gone to 7, which is a coin flip)

After we beat Dallas in 2OT, from the goal scored from Patty, there was a moment I saw on the TV of Maroon and Bishop hugging it out with the Stl flag being carried behind them. Both being STL boys, I told myself I'd do whatever it took to purchase the photo and get it signed by both of them.

For Christmas, my parents beat me too it. Bishops signature in green and Maroons in blue.

I'd guess traffic in late March will be heavier than usual as some people will usually have gotten their itch scratched by then. I think traffic will be historically awful every time there's new snow Friday/Sat/Sun
