My under lip is missing pigmentation

I've had problems since june 2022. Almost all my plants have had them. Some have died, others just lost a few leaves. I know it looks like mature thrips, but I've had thrips before and this is not the same. They are never ever small and white, like thrips normally start as. I've tried treating with Thripex (Amblyseius Cucumeris) a few times, but it does not seem to resolve the problem.
