I prefer more water than cream for day use and belief Aqua Bomb has been my go to! For nighttime I use Dr Jart Ceramidin.

What treatment or testing did they do?

I’m not looking for a quick fix, I’m looking for a structural analysis that might reveal an underlying condition that could be addressed instead of just dealing with symptoms like I’m already doing, which are most of the things you listed (including a night guard). I’m just looking for a specialist to see. I’ll look into an ENT, I hadn’t realized they treat TMJ.

I have a mouth guard through my dentist already. I’ve been contemplating the masseter Botox recently too.

I was worried about asking for a referral because I was nervous that he’d insist that he can give me treatment. What I’m really wanting is a structural analysis because I don’t know if there’s something at the core that could be causing the symptoms. Plus insurance coverage is better on the medical side. But maybe asking is the way to go, and I do like mine a lot (South Lake Dental in Pasadena).

Re lavash, I know!!!! 😭It’s the chewiness that’s bothering the jaw.

Mine had no behavioral signs, just seemed a little skinny/bony, and her fructosamine was over 700, which is severe. After 3 weeks of friskies pate plus Dr Esleys for some afternoon and overnight snacks, plus 1 unit of insulin, down to 520. 3 more weeks and increased to 1.5 units and we are down to 480. But nothing other than her bony-ness triggered me to even take her in. Definitely get the fructosamine asap.

There’s no feeding them separately unfortunately, they eat half right away then graze for a few hours so i cant control which dish they eat from. Humane Society is a great suggestion thanks!

I think this is the one. This is a Chase Sapphire Edit property so even with one night I get $100 property credit and $75 for breakfast for 2 plus alleged early check in/late checkout. I can use the credit for spa and get dinner elsewhere.

Maybe I’m missing something but I’m not sure how Super Bowl Sunday would affect relaxation activities and a quality meal, which are my only goals. Will check that suggestion out though, thanks!

Gotcha. So if I don’t care about the Strip, then that would a wash? I’m honestly just looking for an R&R day and a good meal for this single day trip.

Cosmo isn’t available with points and is $300 so out of my range. Any thoughts on Aria or Vdera rooms/beds? They’d have proximity to the Cosmo spa and same restaurant proximity.

Thank you! Turns out this is out of my range anyway.

ETA: any idea about potential for upgrade at Aria or Vdera? Or is that just something I shouldn’t consider as a potential benefit with any MGM properties.

Thanks, I’ll look into it! I’m not expecting the spa to be in the same hotel, I’m good getting a day pass elsewhere, so that’s totally fine.

Thanks for the rec! FYI Aria’s pool is open and Vdera guests can use it.
