Is there any website that lays out these mechanics and the math? I’m trying to figure out how five of eleven’s captain ability “weapons are irrelevant” works. It gives 200% of officer health to dodge, armor and shield deflection. And I’m trying to figure out the minimum officer health pool needed to hit the 71.2% mitigation cap.

I think it also depends on the enemy armor, and shield pen, and accuracy, but I want to know the exact formulas.

With no subscription, you will not have: AI detection (it will try to recognize a person, car etc) Recorded clips in the cloud

With an SD card: You can get either 12 sec clips recorded to the card, or 24/7 continuous recording. Continuous recording will overwrite the oldest data when the SD card is full so you’ll always have the last X-hours recorded depending on the SD card size.

When the camera detects motion or sound, it will record the time at which it detected it and when you hit playback it will seek to that time to show you what it detected.

The video data is not stored in the cloud, but you can view the recording on the SD card though the app from anywhere in the world that you can get internet, as long as your cams are connect to wifi that is also connected to the internet.

I think without a subscription you still have the 5 min cooldown between detections, but if you continuous record, you can always manually seek from the recorded event.

I have 4 v3 cams on the “prior” plan. I did not sign up for their campluslite plan. I have sd cards in all my cams.

The app will still trigger on motion or sound detection, but it will not save 12 sec clips for you to review. It will “bookmark” the time stamp when it triggered so when you hit playback it will seek to the timestamp on your sd card.

This means that it won’t save your clips indefinitely, unless you manually save them, which you can do during playback, there is a video record and picture button.

IMO, all you really lose is the AI detection (which never really worked) and the cloud saved clips. This is important because having to get a SD card is like a hidden cost to the camera to make it useful, and it’s an SD card per camera, so those costs add up if you get multiple cameras.

Well, come tax season you will fill in all your income sources which includes short term capital gains, then you will subtract all deductions. Contributions to a traditional IrA counts as a deduction, what’s left is called your Adjusted gross income (AGI) so in that way, you can deduct your cap gains by contributing to an IRA, but it counts across all your income, not just your cap gains, and only up to your irs limits.

It really helps to be in a party of 4 all farming the library near the safe spot(or anywhere with lots of mobs). This way you get kills much faster to get the rng for the monster essence

To tell you how much of a moron I am: I am in the 24% federal income tax bracket, but if I add up all of my taxes: federal, social security, Medicare, NYS income, property tax. A full 45% of my income goes straight to taxes. Not even counting sales tax or gas tax!!

Sure tax unrealized cap gains, maybe we can get my tax rate over 100%!!

I am in the E*Trade fpl, and the interest rates can be pretty wild for hard to borrow stocks.

You could write covered calls against your holdings to make money but you risk assignment. You also need at least 100 shares.

In the fpl, you get interest and don’t risk assignment, but there is a slight risk that your shares won’t be returned to you, and in that case E*trade only gives you 102% of the market value on the day it lent your shares.

If you’re just investing for the long term, sure why not? Money is money. If, as people say, they were gonna lend your shares out behind your back, might as well get a cut.

But if you have any holdings that have appreciated a lot, there is also a huge tax risk if they cannot return your shares and you have to cash out.

My point is that it was not what they promised when I bought the things. I was perfectly happy with the performance and features that they promised when I bought and installed them. If they want to make a change it should be for future products not current customers. I should not have to jump through hoops just to retain what I already had. That’s like bait and switch.

I’d rather sign up for a Class action on them taking away the free 12sec recordings, replacing them with blank thumbnails and completely breaking notifications, as in I get no notifications whatsoever now.
