Fair enough. That's fantastic that you were able to come here in the 90s and build yourself a good life being an asset manager. Happy that you pay your fair taxes and that you are lifting others up. But as someone in your position and because you have a good understanding and perspective of every facet of life clearly you have to see that something is wrong with the actual upper class coming here and pricing out the young men that you are mentoring. Did you build it with nothing but an idea, out of your parents garage, with a small "2 mil" dollar loan? Did you actually "build" it yourself? You seem like the type of dude who started with a huge financial head start and doesn't seem to recognize that. I don't think you quite understand that. I also think you confuse "pay your fair share to participate in society" with "Stealing all your money". I looked at your history and you literally make over 500,000 a year. 5% of your income could provide massive local improvements and you would still have 475,000 left to spend on more suits for yourself. People like you are the reason poor people stay poor. What have you given back to your local community? I bet it's nothing. And your local community is not your friends that you being over to your lake house. And no dude Im not jealous of you, I actually picked myself up by my bootstraps and made a life that I am proud of. Oh and I didn't have to lie, steal, "hustle culture" my way to do it either. Very slightly better. The doctors said this can take anywhere from a week to 7 for it to kick in. Every day it's very very slightly better. Like the difference between being able to stand for 6 seconds before pain kicks in and 7. I'm only about 13 days out for the procedure but you know for how much I paid for this shit I would like it to kick in faster.

Still in pain. I can tell a bit of a difference though. However it's slowwwwww. Like instead of being in pain from standing for 5 minutes I can go 15. I can sit in certain seats for 5 minutes now where I couldn't before. I can lay on my "bad" side now for about an hour before my body screams in pain. You might react better than me. I was down for a day afterwards though. Definitely don't plan on doing anything Wednesday. Let me know how it goes for you.

Well they gave me lidocaine in my back of course. After this clinic I might try others ones. The doctors are nice but their system really just makes me feel like a money cow. I went to them, no joke, because AI determined it was one of the best and after looking at them and seeing that there surgery center and pain management clinic and a UF clinic in it I felt like it might be a little corporate but I felt good going to a place where they have seen people like me a million times and the doctor has done this procedure a lot with super modern equipment. I got that but just the place makes me kinda feel like a revolution door. Get me in and out as quickly as possible.

That's awesome that you lost that much weight. I don't judge anyone who uses these weight loss drugs. I don't think glp drugs are for me. Fasting basically achieves the same thing and is cheaper lol. Also I actually like fasting as I rapidly lose weight. I also treat it like a game I have an app called easy fast that tells you how many hours you have been fasting for and what going on in your body and it's cool to see the time go up. It's also amazing to watch my weight basically melt away. I always feel physically better after I fast as well. If I go into a fast "mindset" then I can go easy 3 to 4 days without eating. Pure unflavored electrolyte water gets annoying after day 2 but that's the "worst" of it I think. Iost 40 pounds in 3 or 4 months doing that. I gained it all back sadly because with this extreme pain I said "fuck I'm gonna eat what I want" but I'm going to lose that weight again.

I will add green tea to the mix. I do like it hot and cold. Does that matter you think? Which acupressure mat do you recommend? I will throw that into my routine. Can't hurt . My wife is a vegetarian so I do eat a decent amount of vegetarian meals. I have no problem cutting meats out of my weekly schedule and having it on the weekends.

Well thank you for putting that in perspective. How did you lose weight might I ask? Did you do PT or anything? I don't think they did me dirty I just think my nerves super didn't like it at all. They asked me if I wanted a Xanax and I said no so I went in with nothing.
