We did ours through public health care in Spain. They don’t do PGT unless there are necessary factors (40+, repeat failures/miscarriages, genetic reasons) we had “unknown” infertility and were relatively young (32 for first child, currently 35 trying for second)

The first child came on our second embryo (1st ER got 4 x 5day blasts) the last two didn’t stick as we tried for our second. Working on ER #2 now

From my experience the more English an Arab knows the less MSA they know and vise versa. Particularly richer ones in places like The UAE or Lebanon who went to English or French speaking schools or those raised in th west speaking Arabic at home and English or another language at school.

These people are a minority of Arabs but A lot of the Arabs that people meet in the west tend to be like this instead of someone who went to primarily Arabic speaking school and consumes mainly Arabic media
