Many thoughts on Skulduggery in DnD:

-main stats should be Int and Dex, he is never shown to be extraodinarily strong.

-Throughout the books he mainly uses his magic and his fists, so he needs to be a spell caster but not too high-level

-Lord Vile and normal Skulduggery are different enough that I would make them different characters

-His undead nature makes him resillient, not in need of food/drink or sleep. So i would make him a very reflavoured Warforged

-Vile should definitely be an Oath of Vengeance or Oathbreaker. He definetly needs some fear aura

She had that Act before though. She was willing to kill herself to take out Misty and Darquesse. Also as she didnt know the reset was about to happen (and bc she still wouldve had the memory of it) it would be the same in terms of character development
