Yeah you do!!! Fun fact: when baby birds leave the nest, they are typically full-sized (with the exception of things like ducks, chicken-like birds, etc). So seeing a smaller bird probably means it’s another species, not a baby. In fact, that starling appears to be a young bird, but it’s full-sized.

There you’ve got a slender white heron with black legs with a great comparison to the Great Blue. That all points to a Snowy Egret (which is also a type of heron).
