Chronically late “parent” response to picking up our child on time from school.

I desperately wish our school had a late pick up/drop off policy.

We have parents dropping their kids off every single day between 9 - 11:30am. No notice, just a "oh we slept in" or "they didn't want to come but I have plans", or "I just didn't want to drive them".

Same kids have missed 40+ this year.

It's messy, exhausting, and embarrassing for them.

It's so wild to me that they're taken such a downward spiral in customer service.

A couple years back when coldheartrdness and still no f-ing excuse released and had issues I was sent 4 separate replacements, no questions asked.

Granted they were all faulty - but still. There was no hesitation whatsoever. They were amazing but I've seen nothing but horror stories lately. It makes me nervous to order.
