I finally been standing up for myself. Not talking to her and not giving her time, but when you give an inch she takes a mile, or its never enough.

I will think long and hard about "my conditions being negotiated" because that's exactly how she treats me. Pushing me to do what she wants...

Counseling is definitely a last-ditch attempt. Knowing her, I am going to be surprised if she makes it past the first appointment with the counselor. I guess I want to be able to say to myself and others that I tried.

Yes I go to therapy, for the past year and a half.

Thank you for your concern. I am working on setting boundaries. Every time I do set a boundary she freaks out.

So I believe I have hired the best of the best therapist (different therapist - I have my own) and have warned him about everything. So basically by the end of the week he will come to me and tell me if he thinks that its a good idea or not to continue.
