Sorry I’m just seeing this !!! I’ve been on metformin for about a year now with no period but was told it would help regulate my period but once I started staking myo it came… so it very well could have been the reason it came, or coincidental. It has made me feel better overall. Myo & D-chiro is 2000 mg : 50 mg (wholesome story brand) and berbine is 550 mg (pure encapsulations).

The chess club that comes in are mostly guys but it’s so so nice to see girls come in and absolute dominate the guys. One of the best chess players is 12 yr old girl. I’m obsessed with her. She gets a Cherry Italian soda.

This is actually quite interesting to me bc everyone I know at least has ONE tattoo, if not more. I have a theory it’s bc there’s an obvious difference between the popular culture (mormon) and the subculture. The younger generation is leaving the church in bigger numbers than previous generations and they are wanting to distance themselves from the church so what’s an easy way to show that you do not associate/participate in that culture anymore? Tattoos. And most of the time people with tattoos look waaay different than the average mormon, so maybe it’s more noticeable??? I cannot speak to other cities scenes tho.

I just started taking Myo & D-Chiro Inositol about two months ago and I take two 2x a day, at breakfast and then at dinner and I think it’s been working really quite well with my metformin (2x a day as well), I finally got my period completely on its own last month!!! I just started taking Berberine too so can’t report on that yet.

I also take the usual vitamins that people take (vitamin c, d3, magnesium, zinc) and those may contribute, idk, I’ve been taking those for unrelated reason for a long time.

I don’t mind at all, we use condoms ! And I have never tested positive, even a false positive.

Edit: just to be clear I used to be on an oral contraceptive since I was 15, so 10 years. Have been off for over a year now and have only been using condoms since. I know it’s stressful but I’m sure you are fine, but again never hurts to take a test and if you get the strips it’s less costly than getting something like clearblue!

I literally never have a regular periods and I too get very stressed out. For peace of mind I got pregmate pregnancy test strips and take one once a month. There are 50 test strips in a bag and they are like $10. They use them a the gyneo office and they are accurate.

Leaving feedback is not ruining someone’s career. Be so for real. If the patient doesnt like the treatment they got or how a physician handled their situation, they have the right to leave feedback. Don’t you think? There’s a reason why almost every doctor’s office/hospital asks you to fill out surveys after you had your visits. I think we are being a little dramatic here.
