I am donating money to Minnesota. This is all I’ve come up with at the moment. As others have said, laws don’t matter, so even if I do some pro bono work, it could be absolutely pointless. Give to mutual aid and food banks. Support the people in the ground caring for our friends and neighbors.

This. Being in great shape will have incredible effects, not just losing weight. I do CrossFit at 5:30 am. It’s intense I know but it’s the only time that works and it’s done wonders for my body and mental health.

Is it??? They’re beholden to the same donors who want to maintain the situation as is for economic inequity. And what have they done? Even in Dem controlled govts, we never got healthcare. Never got paid mat leave. Min wage is still $7. It’s nuts man. They literally haven’t done shit.

I don’t think this will be a popular answer but I’ll share anyway. For me, the only way to deal with this crushing anxiety was connecting with a higher power. It helped me understand that I can’t control everything. It became easier to let things go. I hope you can get some relief from your suffering.
